Participation Fee

The participation fee is determined by the Board of NMPC and may be reviewed as required. It is upon full payment of the participation fee that a participant gains access to the competition.

Competition Registration

All competition registration payments are final and non-refundable, including cases of:

• Personal decision changes
• Emergencies or unforeseen circumstances
• Failure to attend or participate

By registering, participants agree to this policy. No exceptions will be made.

Prize Allocation

• 20% of total event revenue will be allocated toward prizes
• Prizes may include cash, laptops, smartphones, tuition support, or educational visits as determined by the Board of Directors.
• The number and type of prizes depend on total revenue.
• NMPC reserves the right to adjust prizes but will maintain the 20% allocation.
